Once you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order with care. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure that your package is prepared and ready for shipment.

We want you to love your candle purchase from Ember and Ashes, which is why if you're not entirely satisfied with your candle, we'll happily exchange it for a replacement of your choice within 7 days. Please note that you'll be responsible for shipping costs. The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the exact condition as received with the order confirmation included. If any item is not received in the exact condition as dispatched or shows visible signs of usage, an exchange will not be offered. Please allow 3-7 days for processing, and kindly note that we cannot refund postage and packaging unless the goods are deemed to be faulty. While we don't offer refunds for a change of mind, we're dedicated to providing you with an exceptional customer experience and will do everything we can to ensure you're happy with your purchase.

If your purchase is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided, we will happily assist you in re-posting it. However, please note that we will need to charge you for the re-shipping. To avoid any additional charges, please ensure you double-check and provide accurate shipping information. If your candle arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us straight away via our contact page. You will need to provide sufficient evidence, including photos and details of the issue. Once we have received the order, we will send out a replacement right away or process a refund.

Please note that any damage incurred during transit to Ember and Ashes is the responsibility of the sender, and we cannot provide refunds or exchanges for damaged items. Additionally, Ember and Ashes is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.
